I met Emma Lee many years ago when I was working as one of her home health nurses. We became fast friends. We enjoyed our talks and had many laughs together. Emma was a strong and faithful friend. We continued our friendship via telephone after she moved to San Angelo. I certainly will miss my special friend.

Emma Lee Conner, Aunt Emmie to me, was one of the best, strongest, women I’ve ever known throughout my 67 years. She’s the kind Solomon spoke of in Proverbs 31:10-31, and she loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart. I am happy that she’ll spend eternity with Him, but I’m sure going to miss her voice when I’d call and she’d ask “What cha up to young’un?”
She continued to miss Uncle Harold, her two sisters, and their momma, who was our Granny, Stella Lewis. Our Father knows when it’s time for their great reunion, and I trust Him to always to know best. I will always love and remember my Aunt Emmie.
